My Story
I relocated my architectural practice from Washington State to Palm Springs in 2002 and offer services for custom and speculative residential and commercial design.
My work is unique and competently crafted with much focus given to delivering efficient designs on-budget, on-time and at reasonable rates.
I am a licensed architect in both the states of California and Washington. My design services include:
Feasibility Studies
Conceptual Renderings
Conceptual Design
Homeowner’s Association presentation
Construction/permit drawings
Construction Administration
Model Crafting
AutoCad computer Drafting
Since my arrival in 2002, I have been commissioned to design a variety of residences ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet located in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Palm Desert and in The Reserve and more. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn the ways of the local building and planning departments, local building techniques, local structural and energy requirements and the peculiarities of some of the many homeowner’s associations.
Please peruse the Projects pages to see a representation of my work. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your needs. I think you would find that I am an easy person to work with who listens well, responds quickly and always has the best interest of the client/project in mind.
